Tickets & Seating:

Please make sure to purchase the tickets through our QR code! If you use a third party site, any fees you pay will go to that vendor. By purchasing through our QR, those fees go to us which help play for our fees.

Rehearsals:

• Most rehearsals will be during school hours.

• There will be an evening practice on November 4th in the high school band room.

• Attendance is expected.

Meals & Payment at Vystar Arena:

• Students should bring money for food and souvenirs.

• Be prepared if Vystar is is cashless – If students do not have access to a debit/credit card or Apple Pay, they should bring a Visa gift card or cash to use at the cash-to-card machines available at the park. These machines allow cash to be converted into a pre-paid card for purchases inside the stadium.

Transportation & Pickup:

• Students will need to self-transport to and from Vystar. Please plan to meet us at the stadium.

• Parents should be available for pick-up at Vystar Memorial

• The game may end earlier or later than expected—please remain flexible.

Stadium Rules & Security:

• Bag Policy: Only single-compartment bags, wallets, and clutches smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" are allowed.

• No large bags, backpacks, or purses (exceptions for medical and diaper bags under 16" x 16" x 8").

• Security Screening: All guests must pass through a walk-through metal detector and empty pockets of metal objects.

• No knives, weapons, or outside food/drinks.
